JOB ROLE SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Expert level understanding of all major manufacturer’s products (Assa, Allegion, Dorma Kaba, Stanley/Best) and their applications
• Proficient knowledge of electrified hardware
• Must be proficient in installation of wood frames
• Must demonstrate ability to complete projects on time with an emphasis on quality, safety and cost- effectiveness
• Ability to organize and carry out a work schedule for multiple employees
• Ability to train other employees in all phases
• Navigate demands of job site - GC Meetings, paperwork (JHA’s, PTP’s, etc.)
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to use iPad proficiently, Procore, BIM360, PlanGrid
• Perform quality checks on construction equipment and installation of materials
• Manage punch list utilizing contractor’s software
• Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis
• Other duties and job responsibilities as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather elements.
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

• Work Boots w/ Safety Toe
• Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill)
• Hand Tools As Required
• Tool cart
• Ladder
• Power Tools:
  • Skill Saw
  • Angle Grinder
  • Hammer Drill
  • Router
  • Laser Level
  • Multi Tool (OIS)
  • Planer

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• OSHA 30
• CPR
• Forklift Certified
• Any required hardware certifications. (Ving, Salto etc.)
