Job Description: Seeking an experienced engineer to design and implement AI-driven workflows for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) using PTC Windchill. The role focuses on automating part creation, BOM generation, and engineering change processes, while integrating Windchill with enterprise systems (MDM, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing).

Key Skills:

  • PTC Windchill configuration & customization (Java, APIs, workflows, event frameworks)

  • AI-enabled workflow automation (part creation, BOM generation, engineering change management)

  • Enterprise integration with MDM, procurement, manufacturing systems

  • Workflow routing, approval, and governance controls

  • Performance optimization for large PLM datasets
