What You'll Do

You'll work with a small, professional crew repairing foundations, crawl spaces, and structural issues for homeowners. Every day is hands-on and different.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing foundation and crawlspace repair systems
• Using hand and power tools
• Loading and unloading materials
• Keeping jobsites clean and organized
• Working safely while producing quality work
• Helping complete projects on schedule

You don't need construction experience—we can teach the skills.

• Have at least one year of physically demanding work experience
