Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage IT Projects: Take charge of new client accounts and ensure seamless integration and management.
- Provide Strategic IT Planning: Work with clients to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Oversee Network Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of client IT systems and infrastructure.
- Implement Advanced Cybersecurity Measures: Protect client data and systems with the latest security protocols.
- Conduct Regular Security Briefings: Keep clients informed about the latest threats and security measures.

- Proven Leadership Experience: Ability to lead teams and manage client accounts effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Related Field: Or equivalent experience.
- 5 Years of Experience: In IT management or a related field.
- Experience with RMM and SOC Tools: Familiarity with Remote Monitoring & Management and Security Operations Center tools.
- Knowledge of EDR, MDM, and Cloud Backup Solutions: Understanding of Endpoint Detection & Response, Mobile Device Management, and Cloud Backup strategies.
- Experience in Cybersecurity Practices: Proficient in implementing and managing cybersecurity measures.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Clients: Skilled in handling multiple client accounts and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
