What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Manager - Fort Knox position at PCSI?
PCSI is looking for a Resource Manager on our total facilities maintenance contract on Fort Knox! The Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing assets, materials, property, and resource utilization in support of facilities maintenance shops on base. This role provides leadership to asset-related staff, ensures compliance with contract and system requirements. As the primary backup for GFEBS, BUILDER, and Property functions, the Resource Manager supports the Project Manager through effective resource planning, documentation, and budget oversight.
This position works on base at Fort Knox. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

What You'll Do as Resource Manager:
- Manage government and company-owned assets and resources supporting facility maintenance operations.
- Supervise and provide leadership to the GFEBS Coordinator, BUILDER Manager, and Property personnel.
- Oversee and manage a fleet of company-owned vehicles, ensuring proper utilization, compliance, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary backup for GFEBS, BUILDER, and Property functions to ensure continuity of operations.
- Monitor workload, utilization, and resource allocation to meet contract requirements.
- Support the Project Manager with resource management, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Responsible for the site training records to include Litmos and internal certifications.
- Serve as secondary backup if Finance Manager is out.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and records for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Manage inventories, contract compliance submittals, and asset-related reporting.
- Assist with budget tracking and management related to assets and resources.

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in property, supply, or asset management related to facility maintenance preferred.
- Experience with GFEBS and BUILDER SMS required. (Must be Proficient in at least one of the Primary Areas)
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance operations required.

Other Requirements:
- Must pass criminal, drug, and driving background checks.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays when required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access if required.
