PCSI is looking for a Builder Assessor at Ft. Knox, KY - Site 840!
The Builder Assessor will coordinate inspections of real property for updating and maintaining Army Builder program with assistance from the Builder Manager.
This position will report to the Builder Manager and is based at our Fort Knox Kentucky TFM contract. Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What You'll Do as a Builder Assessor:
• Coordinates inspections of real property for updating and maintaining Army Builder program with assistance from the Builder Manager.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine material received for Warranty information; enter such information into Builder Program.
• May compile report of operational statuses of real property buildings; assists in creating DA 1354 and As-builts drawings.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Requires working knowledge of and operation of windows applications, to include MS Office.
• Five years related experience with the ability to perform the assigned duties.
• Experience in a maintenance environment is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Requires the ability to regularly climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 20 pounds or less.
• Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
• Must have the hand/eye coordination.
• Hearing and speech sufficient to verbally communicate in person and on the telephone.
• Mobility to frequently alternate between sitting, standing, and moving about the facilities.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
• Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
• Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors.
• Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record.
• If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
