We are a growing exterior restoration company specializing in roofing and window services, serving homeowners across MN and Denver. Our team focuses on high-quality service and strong customer relationships.
We are seeking motivated individuals for a Summer Sales Internship. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for college seniors’ students or graduating class, entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, and direct outside sales. This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Present and explain company services to homeowners
- Close sales and manage follow-ups
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
- Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday
- Seasonal summer position
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Additional incentives available for high performers
- Local candidates of Minnesota (No Relocation Provided)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers
· Be able to climb a roof up to 6/12 pitch.
· Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be available for full summer schedule
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Previous sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience in retail, marketing, or canvassing
- College Degree in Sales/Marketing preferred not required
