Property Management Listing Agent
Pay: $4,000 per month (Gross)

About Us
PCS Home Property Management is a fast-growing property management company serving homeowners throughout the El Paso area, with a strong focus on military families and investment properties.
We're looking for a licensed real estate professional who is organized, dependable, and enjoys a combination of field work, leasing, and property management. This is a full-time position with a variety of responsibilities, making every day different.
Responsibilities
This position includes a mix of leasing, property management, and field operations, including:
- List rental properties on the MLS and other marketing platforms
- Coordinate professional photography and lockbox installation
- Conduct rental property showings
- Process rental applications
- Prepare lease agreements and obtain signatures
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Perform property inspections and document findings
- Schedule and oversee property turnovers
- Coordinate vendors and maintenance contractors
- Deliver notices when necessary
- Install and retrieve lockboxes and signs
- Perform occasional property visits for owners
- Assist with vacant property checks
- Help ensure properties are rent-ready
- Communicate with owners, tenants, and vendors regarding listings and turnover progress
- Assist with other property management duties as needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to use smartphones, email, and common office software
- Property management experience preferred but not required
