We need a caregiver for one on one client care. Previous experience is preferable, but not mandatory. This job is working with persons with disabilities and and having an understanding of caring for other is a must.
We are looking for caregivers in the Blackfoot area. We are seeking motivated and kind Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team!

PCA Personal Care Assistant Job Duties:
Help keep clients engaged and enriched mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally through required assistance
Perform duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of all clients
Safeguard clients by observing interactions, procedures, and activities
Be aware of and sensitive to clients’ pain, mobility, and fragility, and approach every interaction with the utmost compassion
Adhere to the standards, policies, and procedures of the company, as well as legal regulations
PCA Personal Care Assistant Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
A minimum of one year of experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
Willingness to be trained, background check, ability to speak, read and write in English
Excellent judgment and demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information
Valid driver’s license
