Position Summary
Responsible for increasing sales and meeting sales goals, working with the Outside Sales team and Senior Inside Sales Reps, through marketing efforts while building relationships with new and existing customers in category “C” and “D” accounts.
Principle Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by increasing the sales and product scope of existing customers.
- Maintains accurate and current information on all accounts within Salesforce.
- Work with and assist Outside Sales to increase sales in specified territory.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of industry processes.
- Ensures that customer needs are satisfied through the visibility of new products, pricing, and accessibility.
- Resolves customer requests, complaints, and problems.
- Prospecting for new customers.
- Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the Company.
- Completing required reports and related documents.
- Performs miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Skills Required
- Ability to identify customer types and needs.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software's.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required.
- Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunity.
- Team players who are willing to cooperate with and assist other.
- Learn and retain product knowledge.
Education
Associate's degree in Business Administration/Science or experience related with concentration in Sales and or Marketing preferred.
Work Experience
Previous related experience includes a minimum of two (2) years in positions such as sales or a sales support role with a proven aptitude.
