Customer Success & Implementation
- Ensure customer success by acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. Ensuring the software onboarding and customization process meets the customer's goals and offers the full benefits of the PCRecruiter software.
- Design and execute customized implementation plans that align with each client's unique business workflows
- Conduct engaging training sessions via phone, video conference, and screen sharing
- Troubleshoot challenges and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements
- Develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to different user types and organizational needs
- Lead both one-on-one and group training sessions with confidence and expertise
- Create documentation and resources that empower clients to become self-sufficient power users
- Provide ongoing support through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships that drive customer retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and product improvements
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of our platform
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product development discussions
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional, confident phone presence.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with natural problem-solving instincts.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac OS, and web browsers (Chrome experience preferred).
- The ability to effectively manage time and work with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- 1-2 years of customer service, client relations, or technical support experience
- Experience with software training, implementation, or business process improvement
- Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting environments
- Background in training adults or creating educational content
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or business software platforms
