- Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff
- Ensure all areas meet high-quality cleaning standards
- Perform routine inspections and quickly address issues
- Help manage schedules and assist with coverage
- Train new team members and reinforce best practices
- Monitor supplies and keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate updates with management

- Handle client needs professionally
