Work Hours: 8:00 PM-10:30PM
Pay: $12.50 per hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a Part-Time Floor Keeper to join our commercial cleaning team in the Youngsville, LA.
A floor keeper’s responsibility is to maintain the floors in the facility. Follow the floor schedule for facility with nightly buffing, including carpet cleaning. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for steady hours, growth, and leadership for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- High speed Barnish all VCT floors One times per week per the burnishing schedule
- Clean carpets.
- Clean carpets that are soiled and once all large, soiled areas are caught up, a schedule will be made for the carpets that can be done.
- Clean Staircases
- Clean Elevator tracks
- Mop first floor hallway. The green floors.
- Remember when buffing, all items that can be moved must be moved and placed back in the correct place. Burnishing the floor is a process that is not to be rushed, this is the time that the floors are properly swept, mopped, dust mopped, and mopped with one step and then burnished. Also, areas that cannot be buffed must be mopped with PH7. Do not mop an area with one step that is not buffed.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to work the facility buffing schedule.
- Complete knowledge of Floor keeping protocols.
- Complete knowledge of buffing/carpet techniques, products, and principles.
