Line Striping Foreman

PCM Services is a commercial contractor in Beltsville, MD, which performs work across the DC/Baltimore metro areas and is seeking a dedicated and organized Line Striping Foreman to join the Line Striping team. The Line Striping Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily striping operations on roadways, parking lots, and other facilities. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards by coordinating crews, equipment, and materials. The Foreman will lead and train crew members while maintaining clear communication with Division Managers and upholding all safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and plans, making adjustments as needed due to weather, supply, delivery, or personnel changes.
• Delegate responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules while complying with laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs.
• Prioritize the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment, including delivering comprehensive training on safety gear, helmets, and protocols.
• Promptly report any instances of damaged tools, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe conditions on the job site.
• Ensure all line striping projects meet established quality standards.
• Monitor and report project status, progress, and issues to Division Managers.
• Train and mentor new hires to build skills and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with job site preparation, stripping operations, and stencil/traffic symbol applications when necessary.
• Enforce all OSHA and company safety requirements on job sites.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe, working condition.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in line striping, road construction, or a related field.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong knowledge of striping equipment, paint application, stenciling, and pavement preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, must be eligible to operate DOT-regulated vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
