GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cosmetically grade core product according to PCLiquidation guidelines
- Receive, control and locate core product using our WMS system
- Troubleshoot core product to accurately identify error / needed repair
- Identify, source and order required hardware/software to complete repair
- Receive, Control, and locate repair parts using our WMS system
- Complete Core product repair through hardware / software replacement and or install
- Clean product using standard household grade cleaners
- Perform Quality & Assurance inspections on repaired and refurbished items
- Consistently and effectively learn new and existing products
- Actively maintain a neat, clean, organized work-station and department
- Meet and Exceed established productivity goals
- Positively assist Manager in achieving production strategies for the company
- Actively carry out and follow-up on additional tasks assigned by Management including but not limited to facility related activities
