Electrical QA/QC Supervisor

Job Overview: As an Electrical QA/QC Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical installations and systems within a project. Your primary role will be to implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring that all electrical work meets industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Position is available in Parker, CO .

Compensation: $40 - $42 an hour. Final pay is based on experience and skill level.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 5/10 Schedule

Per Diem: For eligible travelers , a per diem of $150 per day worked is available. Restrictions apply.

Job Functions:

• Supervise and conduct quality checks for electrical components and systems.
• Manage a team of quality control technicians.
• Develop and implement quality control protocols and test procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise.
• Prepare reports on quality control testing and findings.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality control, preferably in electrical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience with strong supervisory skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
