As an Ironworker you will contribute to our team by:
- Working on the water installing pier access platforms.
- Installing new machinery on a moveable bridge.
- Performing structural steel repairs on moveable bridge.
- Five years minimum experience as a millwright.
- Previous experience installing machinery (bridge machinery is preferred)
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to read/understand plan sets.
- Knowledge of turned bolt installation and machinery fit requirements.
- Marine experience and operating boats preferred.
- Must be safety minded
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements related to marine work, cranes, and rigging.
- Successful candidates must pass a drug screen and physical before beginning work.
- Wants to grow into a foreman/superintendent.
- Experience relating to Movable Bridges or heavy civil.
- Must be safety minded.
- Successful candidates must pass a drug screen before beginning work.
- Experience running boats.
