Currently hiring Millwright Foreman for our Bison Project in Ray, North Dakota :
The roles and responsibilities of a Millwright may include but are not limited to the following items:
- Strong working knowledge of and experience working with rotating equipment.
- Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Prepares layout, using rule, framing square, and calipers.
- Ensure proper permits have been obtained and can read & understand all permits.
- Prioritize tasks according to job schedule and work sequence.
- Coordinate work with other crafts, co-workers and other contractors on the job.
- Must be willing to provide guidance and on the job training and mentoring to other crafts.
- Delegating individual responsibilities and tasks to crew members and others as needed.
- Progress work packages daily.
- Upon completion, walkdown work package to verify completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of workmanship quality as well as ensure installation is per specification.
- Conduct daily safety meetings with craft employees addressing specific work areas and following change in conditions stressing compliance with company and regulatory safety procedures.
- Must pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
- Must have either Osha 10, Osha 30, or Safety Essential
- Must have industrial experience
