We are seeking experienced Mechanical Pipefitters for a project in Denver, CO. Pay ranges from $32 - $48 depending on experience.

Requirements

• Install, secure, remove process piping (Ductile iron, Stainless, PVC, HDPE)
• Work with flanged pipe, fittings, Victaulic systems and any other mechanical joints
• Read and interpret lay, shop drawings
• Maintain clean organized work areas
• Layout, set elevations, centerlines, etc..
• Keep track of equipment hours
• Keep track of quantities
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in confined and or elevated spaces
• Water/ Wastewater experience is preferred.
  
  

2 years of mechanical pipefitting experience (Industrial, Manufacturing)

Qualifications

• Pay rate is determined on current level of knowledge and experience
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Able to create a safe working environment, and understands OSHA regulations
• Ability to take off and communicate tool and material requirements to the supervisor
• Must have experience setting mechanical equipment including boilers, pumps, expansion tanks, dirt/air separators, and heat exchanges
• Ability to set up and perform piping tests
• Must have reliable transportation to job-site.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others
• Ability to identify potential issues during installation and elevate them to Foreman/Gen Foreman
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
