Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level, complex and high-impact roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
- Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and agency settings.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience with various ATS platforms and proficiency in sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
- LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter designation.
- Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems.
- Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
