We are seeking experienced Construction Yard Assistant to work in our Project located in Westminster, CO.

How You Will Contribute To The Team

• Assist with daily yard operations, including organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Track and maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries and jobsite returns.
• Stage and prepare equipment and materials for jobsite pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with coordinating equipment and material movement within the yard.
• Complete basic inspections and report equipment damage or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing equipment and materials.
• Support scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and yard activities.
• Assist with optimizing yard layout for efficiency and accessibility.
• Operate forklifts or other yard equipment if trained and certified.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard at all times.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other yard, shop, and logistics-related duties as assigned.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Construction, warehouse, or yard experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reachfork Operator Certification
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills (inventory tracking, data entry)
• 1 years of experience in construction, yard, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field and operations teams.
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather and site conditions.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

The salary range for this position is between $24 and $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
