Product Owner
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to define, refine, and prioritize product features supporting energy market operations within.
- Learn and understand how PCI clients use our product.
- Work with product manager to Translate business requirements, regulatory rules, and market changes into acceptance criteria, and technical specifications and communicate expectations to technical teams.
- Maintain and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, compliance timelines, and stakeholder priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and high-performing Markets Plus product.
- Understand the various RTO markets, their needs with a focus on Settlements and Back office.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release validation to ensure quality and regulatory accuracy.
- Coordination with project teams implementing the product onsite.
- Support demos, roundtables and represent PCI in market meetings
- Collaborate across product teams for integration needs and cross-product dependencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
