Professional Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, leadership, and doing the job right the first time. We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling, select commercial projects, and multifamily renovations.
What You'll Bring- 10 years of carpentry/remodeling experience
- Proven leadership on remodeling projects
- Experience managing carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license
- Lead residential remodeling projects from framing through finish
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Mentor and oversee team members
- Coordinate with project managers and clients
- Keep projects moving efficiently while delivering quality results
- $43 /hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Overtime after 40 hours
