The Director, Services is responsible for the development implementation, and go to market strategy for new service offerings. This position will work with the sales team to gain customer feedback and will support as a subject matter expert on the new services.The position will be responsible for a Suite of Services that generate incremental revenue & EBITDA.This position will lead some of our Speed Suites services which are a component of the global OnePCI initiative.
Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, this position will evaluate market opportunities, identify potential client solutions and define a roadmap for success.This will include brand strategy, product positioning, communication, pricing strategy and defining overall client value proposition of these Services.This position will have profit and loss responsibility.
Our Services will complement PCI's existing offerings in clinical support, drug manufacturing and commercialization.
1. Develop integrated Service offerings that complement PCI's existing drug development, clinical trials and product commercialization business.
2. This position will have a strong focus on execution and bringing these services to life.
3. Manage discrete product P&L and drive key success factors.
4. Create compelling product value propositions for clients using voice-of-customer feedback.
5. Develop product pricing.
6. Lead effective product identity and positioning, timing and product messaging strategy
7. Develop the organization structure and capital investments to support Services portfolio
8. Manage the Services portfolio that could include consulting services, manufacturing services, innovative technology solutions and drug delivery platforms.
9. Work closely with Business Development and other functions to mobilize and embed new service offerings
10. Train and mobilize business development, estimating, project management and other customer facing roles with compelling product proposals.
11. Identify market opportunities for supplemental third-party services and partnerships
12. Create the Services strategy roadmap to chart out how our existing services will evolve and where new offerings can add value.
