The Desktop Support Technician is the second tier of support for assisting customers with IT applications, products or services. The main objective of this role is to assist users of all departments with IT Related issues and hardware deployments that are not able to be completed by the help desk. This role will provide support both in person and remotely as required and is responsible to ensure that effective solutions are provided to the users they assist.
