- Maintains customer billing records in ERP system.
- Issues invoices to customers. Posts cash received to customer accounts
- Ensures timely payments by contacting customers and collecting outstanding balances
- Research account disputes and billing discrepancies, ensure proper accounting entries for
- Partners with Business Units to ensure all orders are properly billed in a timely manner
- Downloads daily all ACH’s, Wires, and lockbox payments
- Manages and audits approved CMR’s for proper documentation, creates and issues

- Creates and maintains credit history files. Identifies risk of bad debt or financial exposure
- Maintains and distributes daily sales tracking file
- Accounts Receivable month end reporting
- Assists other Accounting department personnel as required
- May require overtime and/or weekend work.
- Adherence to all PCI policies, procedures, rules.
- Updates and presents applicable metrics reports.
- Performs month-end reporting and Balance Sheet reconciliations for related accounts.
- Participates in all regular and required department meetings.
