About the RoleThis role is a hybrid Inside Sales Customer Service Representative position.Your primary responsibility is inside sales and speed-to-lead:Answering inbound callsResponding to texts, chats, web inquiriesScheduling Evaluations and new customer startsManaging follow-up on warm leadsSupporting same-day and next-day serviceDelivering fast, friendly, professional communicationSecondarily, as part of our small but growing office team, you will support general CSR and office operations, including:Billing & payment processingDaily route optimizationEntering and maintaining accurate customer dataRunning reports and supporting KPI trackingLight administrative tasks as needed to support operationsThis position is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, service, problem-solving, and variety.
