What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposal Writer position at PCI Government Services LLC?
The Proposal Writer supports PCI Government Services LLC and reports to the Vice President. This position is 100% Remote.
About The Role
We’re a growing small business supporting federal clients across DOW, DHS, and Federal Health, and proposals are central to how we compete and win. We’re looking for a Proposal Writer who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and enjoys crafting compelling stories that differentiate us from larger, more rigid competitors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety. You will author and collaborate on RFIs, white papers, capability overviews, oral presentations, and competitive proposals, often running in parallel. You’ll help shape how we show up to government customers by turning smart solutions and SME input into clear, persuasive narratives that win.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
In a small business, proposal writers have real influence. You won’t just “fill sections”, you’ll help shape strategy, tone, and positioning across multiple pursuits. You’ll work closely with leadership and see the direct impact of your writing on wins, growth, and customer relationships.
If you enjoy telling a good story, working at pace, and helping a team win, this role offers variety, ownership, and visibility.
