What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Compliance and PKI Lead position at PCI Government Services LLC?

Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award. This position may be located in Quantico, VA, Hanover, MD or Huntsville, AL.

The Contractor Shall Provide Support For The PKI Program Management Office (PKI-PMO) That Provides Oversight To The Agency’s PKI Program, Data Transfer Program, And Media Destruction Program. The Contractor Shall Provide Registration Authority (RA) Support In Compliance With DoD Policy Such As

  • Provide support for PKI certificate activities in compliance with the DoD policies to include individual alternate tokens, SIPR tokens, mailbox encryption certificates, group certificates, role certificates, and server certificates.
  • Provide PKI registration authority and trusted agent services for all classifications, supporting unclassified, secret, and top-secret systems.
  • Provide support for the issuance of tokens and certificates on the NIPRNet Enterprise Alternate Token System (NEATS).
  • Develop weekly and monthly trend reports.
  • Provide support for program compliance assessments and DISA’s PKI Audit.
  • Provide shipping logistics of tokens.
  • Provide record keeping of tokens issued and destroyed.
  • Develop SOP of PKI processes and standards.
  • Provide support for the issuance and installation of JWICS certificates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
  • Must have and maintain an active DoD Top Secret/SCI level clearance
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Compliance/PKI Lead is required to meet DoDM 8140/DoDM 8570.01- M IAM Level I or IAT Level II requirements prior to onboarding, CompTIA Security Preferred

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.

To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
