- Provide support for PKI certificate activities in compliance with the DoD policies to include individual alternate tokens, SIPR tokens, mailbox encryption certificates, group certificates, role certificates, and server certificates.
- Provide PKI registration authority and trusted agent services for all classifications, supporting unclassified, secret, and top-secret systems.
- Provide support for the issuance of tokens and certificates on the NIPRNet Enterprise Alternate Token System (NEATS).
- Develop weekly and monthly trend reports.
- Provide support for program compliance assessments and DISA’s PKI Audit.
- Provide shipping logistics of tokens.
- Provide record keeping of tokens issued and destroyed.
- Develop SOP of PKI processes and standards.
- Provide support for the issuance and installation of JWICS certificates.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
- Must have and maintain an active DoD Top Secret/SCI level clearance
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Compliance/PKI Lead is required to meet DoDM 8140/DoDM 8570.01- M IAM Level I or IAT Level II requirements prior to onboarding, CompTIA Security Preferred
