What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at PCI Federal?
CI Federal (PCIF), part of Ecke Holding Company LLC under the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribe, provides high-quality products and services to Federal customers. As the parent PCI Government Services is seeking a Sr Program Manager. This position is hybrid and reports to the VP of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all contract activities
- Responsible for overall contract performance, quality, timeline adherence, and government communications.
- Manage a large-scale, multi-year federal technical assistance or health program contracts of comparable scope and complexity.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in public health, health administration, health policy, or a closely related field. Relevant certifications or a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in federal health program management, technical assistance, or related fields.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing contracts or programs serving safety net populations, federally qualified health centers, or underserved communities.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor or teaming partner relationships on contracts of comparable complexity and dollar value.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to senior federal agency leadership.
