Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and live chat communication.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our specialty architectural millwork solutions, their features, benefits, applications, and materials to provide expert guidance to customers.
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget.
Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes and pricing information, ensuring competitive yet profitable offerings.
Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
