Client Solutions Coordinator
Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm PST

PCI is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll resolve escalated issues, support daily client service operations, assist team members, and help ensure efficient workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Troubleshoots and resolves escalated application and contracting issues and questions.
- Assists employees with department processes, procedures, and technical needs.
- Provides overall daily support and presence for department team members.
- Monitors outbound queues while adjusting and delegating queues as needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a lead type of role.
- Previous experience with escalated levels of responsibility in prior position.
- Strong communication skills with a high level of client support.
Nice to have but not Required!
- Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience.
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
