- Requires a bachelor’s degree and/ or Masters in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Must have and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- 1-3 years of directly related Mechanical Engineering experience.
- Must have C-130 experience.
- Must be knowledgeable in the Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Must have experience in performing structural analysis, and have an understanding of aircraft structural properties, in new or modified aircraft, including navigation, cargo, and engine system design requirements.
- Must have experience in the development of technical reports, and the ability to develop comprehensive and accurate technical data documents.
- Must be able to interpret input for Air Force Technical Data Packages, Technical Orders and aircraft mechanical modification drawings and designs from various OEMs and in various formats.
