Lead the Floor. Own the Standard.
PCI Auction Group is looking for a Warehouse Lead to help drive daily warehouse operations, support our team, and ensure equipment moves safely, efficiently, and accurately.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced auction environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily warehouse activities including loading, unloading, staging, and organizing commercial equipment
- Guide and support warehouse associates and removal technicians
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Ensure auction inventory is properly staged and ready for customers
- Help solve problems, improve processes, and keep the team moving
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse, logistics, equipment, construction, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to lead others while working alongside the team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through

Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience
- Previous leadership or training experience
- DOT/CDL experience or willingness to obtain
