What You Will Bring to the Table:
- Strong background in customer service, premium or luxury preferred
- Ability to de-escalate high-pressure guest complaints, manage VIP arrivals, and consistently drive Brand Standard Audit compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in motivating teams to elevate guest experience
- Open availability, with an emphasis on evenings
- Marriott FSPMS knowledge preferred
