Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Manage appointments and schedules for the Sales team, and arrange travel plans and reservations as needed.
- Communication & Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, screening and directing them with warmth and professionalism.
- Correspondence & Documentation: Prepare client letters, proposals, contracts, and statistical reports with accuracy and a polished, professional style.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize meetings by preparing agendas, reserving and setting up meeting spaces, and recording meeting minutes.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized filing system, route incoming mail, and keep office supplies stocked and equipment in working ord
