What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychology Clinical Supervisor position at PCG Advanced Health?
PCG Healthcare is seeking licensed psychologists to provide supervision to supervisees/interns in need of licensure hours. Ideal candidates are actively licensed and in good standing with the board of psychology of the estate of California.
Job Types: Part-time, 1099
Pay per hour: $80-$100.00 per hour.
Job tasks:
- Meet with supervisees/interns one to three hour per week to provide individual and group clinical supervision;
- Review supervisees clinical notes and provide feedback as needed
- Support supervisee in developing their professional identity and clinical skills
- Support supervisee in understanding and applying ethical principles in clinical practice
- Explore with the supervisees the laws on confidentiality with regard to client information as individual cases require
- Provide crisis support and education to supervisee as needed by clients;
- Assists the supervisee to address requests for records, support letters for clients, verification of counseling, and other general admin tasks
General Requirements:
- Must have a valid California license as a psychologist
- Absence of board complaints or criminal records
- Must complete 6 hours of Clinical Supervision training CEUs (can be completed before the beginning of supervision)
