What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at PCCEO, Inc?
Receptionist will assist in the general clerical duties necessary to the ongoing day-to-day operation of the Administrative office including greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, and some clerical duties.
Monday - Friday; 10:00am - 2:00pm
RECOMMENDED REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of clerical/data entry experience.
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet software applications
- Effective oral and written communications skills
