What We’re Looking For
The Warehouse Associate will pick and pack materials for delivery, stock shelves, and take care of general maintenance and other warehouse related duties, as required.
What You Will Do
• Process and complete orders according to customer requirements
• Prior to product shipment, count all products, compare to packing slip, and check all shipments for damage, infestation and expiration dates
• Report shortages, damages and miss picks on appropriate forms and inform Warehouse Supervisors of the corrections needed
• Check contents of all orders
• Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer's order to insure outgoing shipments are complete and correct
• Assist with related special projects, as assigned
Who You Are
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Prior warehouse experience, preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Entry/Intermediate in math skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to change
• Ability to be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
• MFG-PRO/AIM-warehouse management systems and RF scanner experience preferred
• Ability to be able to work overtime as needed and determined by team leader
