About the Role:
The Recruitment Manager (Hybrid/Remote available) plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce by leading the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and secure top talent across various departments, with a focus on both corporate and IT recruiting. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans that align with the organization's goals and growth objectives. The Recruitment Manager oversees the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to streamline hiring workflows and enhance candidate experience. They collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs, conduct candidate assessments, and ensure compliance with new hire paperwork and employment regulations. Ultimately, this role drives the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to build a high-performing, diverse, and engaged workforce within the United States market.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including experience with executive search.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and new hire paperwork processes in the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidates effectively and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for IT roles and technical positions.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
- Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment within a large organization.
- Familiarity with staffing services and vendor management.
- Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies including executive search and internet recruiting to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for leadership.
- Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria.
- Oversee new hire paperwork and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and external recruitment partners to supplement talent acquisition efforts.
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members to enhance their skills and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and staffing services.
