PCC is an Ambulance Billing Service providing billing services to over 200 ambulance services across 5 states.
PCC is looking to fill Part Time or Full Time office assistant positions immediately. PCC is a fun-filled team environment dedicated to providing excellent service to our client base.
Our growth across 5 states has allowed us now to offer new open positions to anyone locally looking for a positive environment in an office setting. Weekdays 8am-5 pm (no weekends).

Tasks/Job requirements
- Attendance
- Data Entry
- Corresponding with a variety of insurance companies
- Verifying patient benefits
- Inbound/Outbound calls from patients and/or insurance companies
- Skill in gathering and obtaining information for incomplete documents
- Proficient use of the Internet
- Ability to utilize a multitude of portals/websites
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Ability to work as part of a TEAM
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Strong typing and computer skills (MS office programs: Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferred Medical Billing and Medical terminology experience, but not required
