SUMMERSVILLE FINANCIAL CENTER
Primary Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
plan, direct or coordinate the promoting of bank services to the customer and prospects; including, but not limited to, developing, reviewing and monitoring objectives and expansion of business development; managing the financial center office operations including the teller and customer service; insuring community involvement; providing for the training and guidance of subordinate personnel, scheduling subordinate personnel; and cross selling and referring clients to other Bank professionals.
EDUCATION NEEDED
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of banking experience
SALARY STATUS
Salary, Pending Experience
Skills Needed
2 years of banking or related management and customer service experience (preferred)
Possess an understanding of and ability to sell all types of bank products
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Motivating, developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent time management skills and be attentive to detail
Willingness to participate in local civic organizations
Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel
Strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach
