As an Inside Sales Representative with Temposonics, LLC., your role is to manage and grow relationships with both channel partners and direct end-user customers. In this role, you will focus on selling our linear position sensors and expanding the adoption across multiple market segments. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, working collaboratively with channel partners and engaging directly with end-users to understand their needs and deliver value.
Major Areas Of Accountability
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and end-user accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries and product information.
Channel Partner Support: Work closely with channel partners to provide training, sales tools, and support to increase product awareness and sales performance.
End-User Engagement: Conduct product presentations and demos to end-users, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively reach out to prospective customers (both channel and end-user accounts) via phone, email, and other channels to identify new sales opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update sales pipelines in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales campaigns, coordinate with marketing for lead-generation efforts, and participate in promotions that drive customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer needs are met and product feedback is communicated.
Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by managing both channel-driven and direct sales opportunities.
Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product features, and competitors to effectively position our solutions to both channel partners and end-users.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer insights to management

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on channel sales and/or end-user sales in a technical or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting preferred.
- Experience selling technical products used in the automation marketplace
- Familiarity with both channel sales dynamics and direct end-user sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
- Strong customer orientation with demonstrated ability to interface and work directly with customers.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical products.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently with direction
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Poised, professional ability to interact with all areas of the organization
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM desirable
