Major Areas Of Accountability
- Acts as first point of customer contact (telephone, e-mail, online chats) to provide support and information on products and services.
- Performs purchase order entry per documented procedures.
- Documents and maintains customer portals and instructions as assigned.
- Documents appropriate “Voice of the Customer” feedback.
- Document and maintain online customer portals and processes.
- Cooperates with all departments to best serve the customer.
- Works with the Finance Department to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
- Knows and applies the division's quality policy as it relates to area of responsibility and the organization. Follows all standard operating procedures as prescribed and notifies appropriate personnel of any non-conformance.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Education: HS Diploma or GED
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer support experience.
- One year of demonstrated experience in areas of customer accounts and problem solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, in person and over the phone.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math and ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
- Travel Requirement: no travel required
- Associates Degree in Business
- Working knowledge of any ERP / Data Entry systems
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally; Experiences in working in international/ global Structures across different countries.
- Problem solving and analytical ability.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task by managing time and adapting to changing priorities.
- Able to successfully interact with all levels within the organization, across departments and locations.
- English skills: German skills are welcome.
