Personal Care Attendant (PCA)

Hi, I am looking for a personal care assistant (PCA)  in Lowell Massachusetts for my daughter. She is 20 years old and has cerebral palsy and epilepsy.  The job would be 4 days a week anytime between 1-6 pm Your schedule will change depending on appointment or events that she has that week. She would coordinate with you. 12-15 hours per week. 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday) Must have a reliable car.

Here are some of your job responsibilities 
    ⁃    driving to and from physical therapy, school & work 
    ⁃    Cleaning 
    ⁃    Preparing meals for the week 
    ⁃    Weekly grocery shopping 
    ⁃    Driving to any other activities based on that day.
