What You’ll Do
- Support our clients in-person and remotely, solving a variety of day-to-day tech issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
- Use ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools (RMM) to track work and resolve alerts
- Keep clients informed without the tech jargon
- Proactively handle system updates, backups, and maintenance
- Document your work for clarity
- Offer ideas to improve how we work, serve, and communicate
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have some hands on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or repair (MSP experience is a plus, but not required)
- Are curious, love learning, and want to grow into a more advanced tech role
- Can speak clearly with both technical and non-technical people
