We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Handle scheduling for both hygienists and the doctor
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Treatment plan presentation
- Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist patients with financing options
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer service experiences.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Dental Office setting with clerical or administrative duties.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Eaglesoft. Dental Intel experience preferred.
- Proficient in running a highly productive schedule
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous.
