How about becoming a Real Estate Consultant that works with customers delinquent on the taxes and mortgages. There is a growing opportunity in the DFW area for those that understand how to assist delinquent customers with their most important asset.
You will learn how to assist people with delinquent taxes and mortgages. You will learn how to find heirs with interest in abandon properties. You will learn how to analize the value of a real estate asset, and advise owners on their best path to disposition.
Job Responsibilities
- Discuss best possible options with clients on their real estate asset.
- Analyze the value and worth of a real estate asset based upon it's location, condition, and comparison to the neighboring properties.
- Find the heirs that has ownership interest in abandoned real estate, and notify them of the pending stage of foreclosure.
- Ensure top disposition potential for clients by providing the highest and best offer for the sell of their real estate asset.
- Research real properties through various Websites to obtain ownership and property information, location, value, and etc.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalency
- Strong ability to communicate in writing and speaking
- Excellent and quick decision-making skills
