Service Manager – PC Classic Cars
Location: Sherman, TX 75092 (In-person / On-site only)
Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional partial Saturdays based on workload)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Service Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and lives the values of high urgency, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own the entire service and detail workflow that turns every new piece of inventory into quality inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally inspect every new vehicle that arrives on the lot
- Create a detailed check-in document for the sales department
- Write detailed work orders for mechanical, paint/body, and detail needs
- Source and order all necessary parts efficiently
- Maintain smooth workflow across the service and detail departments
- Keep the entire shop meticulously clean and organized at all times
- Continuously improve processes, drive efficiency, and solve problems the moment they arise
- Deliver for the team — whatever it takes to get the job done right and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, paint & body work
- Tech friendly and embracing
- Strong experience with classic cars AND later-model specialty/performance vehicles
- Extremely organized and process-driven
- High sense of urgency with a “run to the problem” mindset
- High integrity and personal accountability — you do what you say you’ll do
- Very coachable and willing to grow with the company
- Proven problem-solver who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency
- Team-first attitude — you deliver for the crew and the customer
