Project Manager – Design Build (Industrial / Commercial)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up and large-scale industrial/commercial projects across the region. This role requires strong ownership, confident leadership, and the ability to drive projects from early planning through close-out within a fast-paced design-build environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and field execution.
• Lead coordination among architects, engineers, subcontractors, internal teams, and client representatives.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall cost control.
• Conduct regular site visits, ensure quality standards are met, and proactively resolve issues impacting safety, schedule, or design intent.
• Drive client communication and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership to project engineers, superintendents, and support staff to keep the project on track and aligned with client expectations.

What You Bring

• Experience managing industrial, commercial, or large-scale development projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of design-build methodology, including constructability, scheduling, and value engineering.
• Ability to work in a high-accountability environment where responsiveness, organization, and proactive communication are essential.
• Proven track record overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
• Ability to travel within the region for site meetings and project oversight.
